pixie's tales

i'm a free spirit, sprite, fairy, or pixie depending on your perspective.....here is a glimps of my perspectives and reblooggings of things i like, love, and maybe even hate.....i don't use capital letters because being little is just as good, if not better, than being big..... i mostly do this interweb stuff from my phone so bare with me.......i would happily return to this earth as a drop of water and travel through the water cycle over and over around the world....or a sequoia tree.....

Photo Series of the Day: “Hallowed Ground” — Daryl Lang makes a point through photos of establishments located in the vicinity of Ground Zero, approximately the same distance from the WTC as the so-called “Ground Zero Mosque.”

Look at the photos. This neighborhood is not hallowed. The people who live and work here are not obsessed with 9/11. The blocks around Ground Zero are like every other hard-working neighborhood in New York, where Muslims are just another thread of the city fabric.
